1 Create Your Tending Plan Choose a monthly or annual subscription on our website or mobile app. Your plan covers all care and reporting.
2 Tell Us About the Monument Enter the cemetery name, location, and the name of your loved one. We’ll locate the monument and prepare a personalized care plan.
3 Initial Visit and Restoration Within 14 business days, we’ll visit the site, clean and restore the headstone or marker, and start care.
4 Receive Ongoing Updates Every quarter, you’ll get a detailed photo and condition report directly to your inbox or phone — no need to travel to the cemetery.
5 Continued Family Gravesite Care Your active subscription ensures ongoing care, cleaning, and monitoring — for as long as you choose. Easily share updates with family members.
