Terms of Use

Tending is a mobile application for managing real and virtual grave care. Users can:

• Order gravestone restoration and cleaning
• Subscribe for monthly or yearly care
• Receive photos/videos of work performed
• Create virtual memorial pages and family timelines
• Share memories and media with family
• Track locations of one or multiple gravestones
• Use chat and communicate with our support team
• Grant family access and collaborate in a private memory feed

The app includes one paid feature:

• A monthly or annual subscription, based on gravestone type and location.
• Includes full restoration, regular cleaning, condition checks, and personal support.
• All other features are free to use.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
• No refunds are issued for already-paid billing periods.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You may not:

• Upload content that is offensive, threatening, or inappropriate
• Harass or insult staff or other users
• Use fake identities or submit fraudulent orders
• Abuse the system by subscribing for one-time service and canceling
• Interfere with the app’s security or operations
• Violate copyrights by uploading unlicensed content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

All content in Tending — name, logo, interface, software, text, visuals, database, and domain — is the exclusive property of All Funeral Services LLC.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant us a limited license to use it within the app for its intended purpose.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or changes in availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we believe you violated these Terms or harmed others or our business.

We provide our services “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, delays, third-party issues, or service interruptions.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power failures, government actions, or war.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any section is deemed unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated:
